Special Bracelet Components All child and baby bracelets come with 1" of extension chain so that a birthstone name bracelet can grow with your little one. Lily Brooke Jewelry also utilizes wire guards on all bracelets at the connection point to the clasp. Wire guards are very important in protecting the bead wire from friction and fraying. Another special feature is the type of sterling silver letter bead that we use. Top quality is very important to us, therefore we only use an extra high polished letter bead, which has soft edges and is perfectly consistent in size and shape. They also have a greater resistance to tarnish than the typical blocky style letter beads.
Special Design Considerations Every baby and children's bracelet that we make is given special design considerations. We consider the bracelet size and probable age of the child when selecting the appropriate bead size and placement. We carefully consider how to make a baby's bracelet proportionate to their tiny wrists and at the same time making a teen's bracelet proportionate to their wrists and age. Lily Brooke Jewelry also eliminates any open ring connections from all baby bracelets so that there is no chance for baby to pry open a link connection on the strand of beads.
