How do I order my bracelet?
Online:  You may place your order through our website's secure checkout.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. 

By Phone:  We accept orders over the phone (602)214-8710.

How long will it take to receive my order?  

Normal delivery time for addresses in the USA is 6-10 days.  However, we do offer a RUSH option for USA orders which would ship out the same or following day via and expedited delivery service.  The RUSH option would deliver to you in approximately 2-3 days from order date.   International orders will take approximately 2-3 weeks for delivery as our packages must go through customs checkpoints which add to the shipping time.  RUSH shipping is not available on orders shipping outside of USA.

What type of guarantee do you offer?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order.  If you are not happy with your order, return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days.  If there is a problem with your bracelet related to workmanship or quality issues, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.   (RUSH shipping charges are not refundable.)

What is the quality of your jewelry?

Our bracelets are made with only high quality materials; .925 sterling silver, 14K gold filled materials, freshwater pearls, handmade Bali silver beads.  We use 49 strand wire which is the strongest beading wire available.  We use wire guards on all clasp to strengthen the friction points.

How do I determine the size that I need?

Please refer to our sizing chart.  The most common size for women is 7.5".   Measuring the wrist across the wrist bone and adding 1" is the most common way to determine size.  You may also measure the length of one of your bracelets that fits properly from end to end of clasp.

What type of clasps do you have?

We offer toggle clasps, lobster clasps, and special multi strand clasps.  The toggle clasp is the most common for adult size bracelets as it is very easy to put on one-handed.  Our toggle clasps are secure because we use a toggle that has a longer bar.  This makes it very difficult to come undone by itself.  You may select a toggle clasp for single strand and double strand adult size bracelets.  The lobster claw clasp is used on all baby and childrens bracelets.  The lobster clasp has a heart shape design and is extremely secure.  We do offer the lobster clasp option on adult size bracelets however it may require assistance in securing the latch as it is easier to attach with two hands.  So choose your clasp according to which you find easier to take on and off or which you prefer.    We offer a tube clasp for all 3 strand and 4 strand bracelets.  The tube clasp allows the ends of the multi-strand bracelets to lay flat and not bunch up on the ends.

Can I have more than one name on a strand?

We have a couple of designs for mothers bracelets that will fit 2 names.  We do not recommend putting the first and middle name on baby bracelets as it usually takes up the entire strand.

Can I add strands or birthstones in the future?

Certainly.  We add on to existing bracelets all the time.  Please contact us for specific instructions and cost when you are ready to add on.

What are shipping charges? 

Our standard shipping option is FREE via US First Class Mail with tracking confirmation.  If you select the RUSH shipping option, the cost is $20.99.  RUSH shipping is not available on International orders.

How is my order packaged?

Each bracelet is shipped in our pink signature jewelry box.  We also send an anti-tarnish plastic bag to keep your silver safe.  We offer gift wrapping for an additional $3 charge.
